I am Nickolas Furr and I am responsible in every way for this mess of a blog.
I like to write. I tend to work in the realms of fantasy (dark, modern, or high) and horror. That said, I am trying my hand at science fiction. We'll see how that goes.
I am a member of both the Science Fiction & Fantasy Writers of America (SFWA) and the Horror Writers Association (HWA).
Recently, I went back to school and earned a B.A. in English from National University to go along with my A.A. in Journalism from Southwestern College. I would like to teach English or writing at the community college level.
In the past, I have been a investigative journalist, an alt-journalist, a freelance writer, and a press writer. I have done copywriting, scriptwriting, some technical writing, and feature writing.
Seriously, I like to write.
